Traka will also be available to further discuss these issues on stand 322, where it will debut its new Touch Pro key cabinets, which presents as Traka’s “most secure key cabinet to date.”

Visitors to the stand will be able to see live demonstrations of how Traka Touch Pro has been purposely designed for fast-paced logistics environments, ensuring ease of use for all staff, a particular benefit where multiple shifts are commonly in operation.

Says Matt Gregg: “Despite the ongoing challenges faced by the supply chain and logistics industry, customer demand remains high and continues to grow.  Here, we know use of enhanced technology is pushing the boundaries, especially in fast-paced delivery services, and improvements in systems have increased productivity in the supply chain, minimising costs and errors.

“With so much technology and advanced security systems available, all evolving at a rapid pace, it can be overwhelming to know where to start.  Intralogistex is the perfect opportunity for us to not only showcase our latest systems, but also discuss the new integrated technologies available that really can make a big impact on creating a seamless supply chain from order to receipt.”

Traka will also be presenting its device management lockers, including its TUK 24 product, available to secure a wide range of equipment, including scanners used at distribution centres, PDA’s and tablets, all whilst enabling full charging facilities, smart detection and secure storage.

Matt concludes: “There is an essential need for easy-to-use technology to support the distribution and logistics sector.  This is to help automate processes and make them more efficient, allowing flexibility for last minute arrangements, and reducing security risks within such a fast-paced environment.”

“There is no one-size-fits-all logistics solution. We are looking forward to discussing individual requirements and highlighting how simple measures such as the implementation of key and equipment management solutions can connect operations seamlessly and provide actionable information to optimise operations, build loyalty and ultimately better serve customers.”

Matt Gregg will be presenting at 11.30am on 28 March in the Technology and Process Theatre.
